Scoring Mechanics
- Scoring Variant: Special — innings-based role switching with runs and wickets.
- Target Score: Team with the most runs after both innings wins.
- Unit of Scoring: Runs (batsman) and wickets (bowler).
- Lower vs. Higher: Highest run total after both innings wins.
Rules & Validation
Per-Turn Logic
Batting player's turn: Throws 3 darts.
- Each dart scores the face value of any segment hit × the number of times the segment multiplier applies.
- Hitting any scoring number adds runs to the batsman's total.
- Hitting Bullseye (inner or outer) as the batsman earns 0 runs (bullseye is a wicket zone).
Bowling player's turn: Throws 3 darts.
- Only Bullseyes count — each bullseye hit takes 1 wicket from the batsman.
- Inner bullseye = 2 wickets.
- Outer bull = 1 wicket.
- All other darts score nothing.
- When 10 wickets are taken, the innings ends and roles switch.
- Only Bullseyes count — each bullseye hit takes 1 wicket from the batsman.
Validation Rules
- Batting side score: non-negative integer, accumulated across turns.
- Wicket count: 0–10 per innings. Innings ends at exactly 10 wickets.
- Two innings total (each side bats once).
Special Actions / Bonuses
- Inner Bull (by bowler): Counts as 2 wickets — equivalent to a cricket "maiden over."
- Declaration (optional): The batting side may voluntarily declare their innings over before 10 wickets are taken, accepting the current run total as final.
Win Conditions
- Condition: After both innings are complete (each side has batted once), the side with the more total runs wins.
- Tie-Breaker: If tied on runs after two innings, play a super over (one additional mini-innings each with a 3-wicket limit). Higher runs in the super over wins.
